Estimator/Project Manager
Performance Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a full-time estimator/project manager for our Holbrook, MA office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform detailed, quality take-offs for electrical projects
Prepare qualifications and assumptions for the estimate
Develop subcontractor scope, procure competitive pricing
Manage all aspects of projects including construction and turnover
Manage subcontractors and vendors throughout the project to assure deliverables and milestones are met
Ability to understand details, problem solve and come up with creative solutions
Manage project costs
Ability to work collaboratively with team members, clients, design partners and subcontractors.
Build relationships with owners, subcontractors and vendors
Assistant Project Estimator
Performance Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a full-time assistant project estimator for our Holbrook, MA office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate the execution of bid take-off’s
Coordinate price requests with vendors
Coordinate project bulletins and RFI’s
Execute bid responses
Manage bid correspondence as directed
Excellent communication skills required
Experience with estimating programs preferred
